Are you a nursery looking at a way to support your toddlers mental and physical health? Ofsted highly approves of Yoga and mindfulness in nurseries and have been proven to be a highly accredited activity to add to the curriculum.
Yoga and mindfulness in the early years give children the advantage to be calmer and happier as they grow and develop.
This is the age when they are learning the foundation of life and will play a vital roll in how they continue to behave and grow into adults. A Kind Kids yoga class teaches healthy behaviours, memorable techniques that they can take with them through their further education.
