Toddlers are full of energy and excitement, everything is new and fresh. This is also the age where they are absorbing everything, taking in information that is going to set them up for the future. This is why a yoga class is such an important class for this age group because although we do not see them do every pose on the day, they are absorbing and taking in that good energy that a class brings. Children will learn kindness skills, such as sharing, joining in and following along to instructions,fun breathing games, sensory, yoga stories, musical/song. There's a lot to gain for your little ones. This class also benefits the adult as it gives you the time to connect with your child on a deeper level, a moment to stretch those aches, hard-working muscles, unleash your inner child through play and lastly enjoy a moment of peace as we end with our savasana.
