All equipment is provided. If you have any requests for particular equipment, please contact via email or phone call to discuss as we are always happy to accommodate. If you would like to bring your own mats, blankets e.c.t., this is also welcome.
If you are new to a class, your first session is always free, but we ask all members to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle into a class and fill in the necessary information.
There may be photos being taken during class time. However, any children that have been stated to have no photos on their forms, will not be pictured.
If any parents choose to take photos, it is important that you respect other families and ensure only your child is shown.
Any medical conditions, allergies, illnesses, pregnancy injuries or anything that could possibly affect your health during a class must be noted on your forms. If any changes, please state this via email, phone call or in person.
It is important to speak to a medical professional to ensure the health condition has been cleared to do yoga.
If you are unable to attend a class, please inform your yoga teacher. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for prepaid classes unless the classes have been cancelled via the yoga teacher.
If you have pre-booked a workshop, you can get a refund up until three days before the event. This allows time for others to attend and ensure all slots are filled.
If you are late to a class, just come in quietly and get yourselves comfy. We understand that things happen along the way, but it's important that the other children aren't overly distracted. This will be gratefully appreciated!
Parking and amenities- All locations have car parks, with wheelchair access and have places to get beverages and snacks.
If you would like to bring your own reusable mug, there will be free herbal teas (just ask your yoga teacher)
